Description

Join Ashley Knight — sustainable designer, textile artist, and founder of a slow fashion label for a joyful festive workshop all about creativity, connection, and conscious making.

In this 2-hour session, you’ll create your own one-of-a-kind Christmas ornament using recycled fabrics such as denim, tartan, and offcuts from Ashley’s London studio. You’ll learn simple embroidery and blanket stitches to bring your design to life before stuffing it with studio scraps for a charming, eco-friendly decoration to hang on your tree or gift to a loved one.

What to expect:

  • Learn new sewing and embroidery skills.
  • Create sustainably using recycled and deadstock fabrics.
  • Make something meaningful and personal for the holidays.
  • Enjoy a warm, welcoming atmosphere — no experience needed.
  • Leave inspired, with new upcycling ideas and a handmade decoration to treasure.

This relaxed and friendly workshop is perfect for beginners — come by yourself and make new friends, or bring a group for a fun and festive creative experience. Along the way, you’ll also pick up tips on upcycling, textile waste reduction, and sustainable craft practices.
