Delivery

Orders over £100 qualify for free delivery, these orders will be sent out using Royal Mail tracked delivery and you will be contacted after your order with tracking details once the order has been sent.

For orders under £100 postage is covered by the customer, 1st, 2nd and tracked Royal mail delivery is available at Checkout, we recommend tracked delivery as we are not responsible for parcels once posted.

Returns

In the unfortunate event you want to return an item please read our returns policy below:

Please note that returns or refunds cannot be made for items that have been damaged by the customer due to improper use or improper cleaning.

Return postage is covered by the customer for returns under £100 and we recommend you use Royal mail tracked as we cannot accept responsibility for lost returns, returns must be posted by 7 days after arrival. 

Please consult the sizing information on our website before ordering from us or if you are still unsure about sizing contact us HERE and we will do our best to help you find the perfect size.

Made to order Items

Unfortunately we don’t accept returns on our made to order items due to the nature of production, if for the unlikely event you have an issue with an item itself please contact ashley@ashleyjessknight.com for more information. 

If you wish to cancel your order please do so within 24 hours of purchasing for a full refund due to the made to order nature of the item. 

Bespoke Items

Unfortunately we don’t accept returns on our made to order items due to the nature of production, if for the unlikely event you have an issue with an item itself please contact ashley@ashleyjessknight.com for more information. If the issue is due to incorrect information provided to us please contact to see what can be changed however this may incur additional charges.

If you wish to cancel your order please do so within 24 hours of purchasing for a full refund due to the made to order nature of the item. 

Ready to buy items 

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible as a refund cannot be made once posted, if the order has already been posted you will have to wait until the order arrives and send it back to us within 7 working days in the same unworn condition with tags on and no damage.

Refunds or store credit will be issued once the item has been received and checked back at the studio.
